Virginia Cocktail Peanuts creator Mary Vaden

Before peanuts, Mary Vaden enjoyed a 10-year radio career, then raised four beautiful college-bound children.  While her kids were finishing up high school, she created and branded Virginia Cocktail Peanuts to honor her upbringing in the Commonwealth of Virginia.

 

MV's Best, LLC began in her family kitchen overlooking the gorgeous Navesink River in the garden state of New Jersey.  Now headquarters for MV's Best and VCPeanuts has grown into a new, large warehouse and office space for sales, shipping and production.  In addition, they use the former barn back at the house, which has been transformed into a FDA "clean room" for canning, plus chocolate and toffee enrobing.  Business booms!

 

 

 

 

Sustainability

VCPeanuts' packaging is fully recyclable.  Our all-metal can, paper label and plastic lid can easily be sorted and recycled.  We also do extensive recycling at our warehouse. 

Our peanuts are harvested, cooked and packaged by American workers. We will never try to cut costs or cheapen our product at the expense of USA jobs.
